Bill Maher asked Governor Owens, if he were president and was told the country was under attack, would he sit and read for 7 minutes?

Owens kept saying he thought Bush did the right thing by sitting still for a while. Maher kept after him and Owens ended up looking like the empty headed Repub cheerleader he is.
