4. I saw a NOW with Bill Moyers episode some time back

and it was on school vouchers and school choice. The report claimed the Bush went around congress and got $77 million out of some fund to be used to push for vouchers and school choice, Bill Bennett is part of that group that is campaigning for that cause and the report said that his company got a large piece of that $77 mil.
