Kerry's Media Circus problem.
It's a vicious cycle. We know that Kerry is putting his position out there for the media to report. But the media isn't doing a good job of reporting his position on different issues. Instead, they say that Kerry isn't connecting with the public. But the only way that he can really connect with the public, is through the media. So if the media isn't stating his position on the issues correctly, and instead, spreading the impression that he hasn't made a commitment on certain issues, then they are a BIG part of the problem.

My two cents: Attack the media for not doing their job. When they say they're not connecting with the public ask them on what issues? If the media gives you a laundry list of topics, have quotes and places where Kerry discussed the issues. Turn the table on the media and show the public how the media are influencing the presidential election by inadequately reporting on Kerry's positions, and how this create obstacles for the presidential challengers. Well, every challenger except for Bush. They gave him a free ride.
