Be prepared Duers
Because the Republicans are.
The Neo-Cons are driven by the same philosophy as the corporate culture and the strength of the business world is that they know how to make a plan and prepare for any contingency so that the plan has a excellent chance of succeeding.
I can assure you that they have a plan to secure the White House in 04. And they have planed for the contingency of a large voter turn out (which would spell defeat for them)
Would they go so far as to use widespread suppression of the vote or even voter fraud to win? You had better be prepared for what you will do if the answer is yes.

1. Very good point
Does the DNC have a plan?

Are they communicating said plan to the troops in the field?

Are we organized?

Those questions should be answered before March 15 of next year.

3. Welcome to DU zeemike
I think you will see on this board that most believe waht you have said and many heroes are working hard to prevent it. Look up threads with Black Box Voting or BBV in the title.

:hi:

5. Yes, I believe they already have a plan on paper to get the
vote any way they can, honestly or fraudulently. I hope our camp is ready to expose them if they do.

6. Take to the streets!
No more election thefts. Ideas:

Mass demonstrations.

National strike (Dems can stockpile food and water just the same as freepers and duct tape war-on-terra-ists)

Sit-ins - shut down City Hall

Civil disobedience

etc.

If the DNC don't organize it let the presidential candidate's campaign do it.

8. Boycott.
Boycott all companies whose execs contributed big time to Bushco. Hit 'em where it hurts.

Note, for financial stability sell all your stocks and mutual funds before the election.

7. I agree with your points
but I think the Dean Campaign has probably taken them aback with his grass roots campaign that is scoring big time. Even though they would never vouch to it. I am getting the same vibe from Dean that I got from Clinton from 91, he is attracting some big time grass roots action that is exciting as was Clinton was exciting.

I think that this Dean will have to overcome many RW smears againist him and an uphill battle, but he has a good chance to beat Shrub 43. IMHO.

10. My prediction is
that the RW will first try to split the Demos by getting them to fight amongst themselves. The media is all primed for a Dean says Clark is a… And Clark says Dean is a…blitz.
If that fails then they will bring out the stink bombs.

13. They are doing it now....
here on this board is a fine example. They log on under a deceptive cloak. The Dean/Clark or Dean/Kucinich threads are sworming with them.

I like the idea of a Dean/Clark ticket. Build up a united front of democrats through the grassroots. Repugs probably did'nt think of that angle.....

Additionally, if Dean/Clark anounced a team ticket before the end of the quarter! That would double the funding to go after *bush. It has never been done before but realize, our country is under seige.

14. Yup.....and the plan is.....
.....to use Bush's Emergency Powers to forestall an election.

Don't think that he can't......he can.

Don't think that he wouldn't....he would.

Unless you (or someone) convinces Congress to limit those powers.......Goodnight Doreen.

16. OH Im ready all right
I'm not taking the same horseshit I took in 2000 for the sake of civil calm and property values everywhere.

I'm ready. Most of us are.

They won't get away with this again. I will exhaust every resource at my command and pursue this in every court all the way every way any way the only way.

Interpret that as you will.

We're READY
