in plenty of other countries any citizen whether "foreign born assholes" or not can run for the highest office. That is what CITIZENSHIP is about surely?

How stupid is a rule that says someone who emigrated with their parents to US when they were a baby and has lived in the US ever since can not be President but someone who was born there but spent most of their adult life somewhere else legally can?

Oh and I'm no fan of Arnold's either but the fact that his dad was a Nazi doesn't neccesarily mean he was (admittedly in his case there's every chance the apple didn't fall THAT far from the tree)

5. Relax. Two thirds of the states have to approve a constitutional amendment

and it ain't gonna happen.

We may someday see such an amendment come to pass and perhaps it should, but adding an amendment to the constitution isn't something that Karl Rove and his ilk can arrange.

Then again, I could be wrong. After all, if you can steal an election, I guess there's not much you can't do.

Ahhhhhnold wants to be prez. This is his reward for stealing the Ca. election. They were discussing this last year right after Ahhhhnold stole the Ca. election. They dropped it until a month + days before the election? Yup, it's Ahhhnold's trade. You change the constitution for me so I can be prez, you will own Ca. in November. Granted, IF it would happen, it would take years, but just enough years for Ahhhnold to take over after the chimp. :(
