2. He hasn't been cut. It's just the contract AAR has with the NYC affiliate

Apparently, there's a loophole which allows them to run different programming after midnight. The contract was actually written before Malloy was contracted for the 10 to 1 slot, unfortunately. So until they can renegotiate, you'll have to catch the last hour of his show via satellite radio or the Internet.
