15. I don't think it's a stimulant

Take a second look at picture #2: he's not so much angry; it's more like he's trying to compose himself, as if he's just had a hallucination or sudden feeling of paranoia. It's as if he's saying to himself, "Be cool, be cool."

Picture #3 does show his eyes to be bloodshot; his lids are also droopy. And his pupils are not dialated. Definitely no stimulants there.

My guess is that he's stoned on something, like morphine or some other painkiller. Add a couple drinks, and presto, he's floating on a breeze. He just looks too out of it to be jacked up on something.
