Did anyone watch Howie Kurtz's Reliable Sources yesterday? I was reminded of what Tucker had said when I saw another post about him saying it didn't matter about Bush's cocaine use.
I believe the one he flipped off the end of his tongue yesterday on Reliable Sources was a bit of a Freudian slip. They were talking about "journalists" in general, and specifically what they cover and don't cover. Out of the clear blue Tucker said something to the effect that "Well, we (journalists) continue to pretend to be interested in what Americans care about" or some such rot. He said it in his typically snotty, condescending attitude, and I really don't think he realized the gravity of what he had said at all. But, again, that's Tucker Carlson for you.
I actually heard Novack, in one of those unguarded moments on Crossfire, say that he didn't believe in democracy. These rapid fire talking heads sometimes let their asses overload their mouths. Tucker sure did yesterday. Disgusting lot of them! :puke:
