Today Show whoredom rears its ugly head...again
This morning, story about Bush's shady military record is preceded by qualifying statement that Dems "allege" that Bush has these service issues because Kerry is trailing Bush in three key states. In other words, Bush's failure is only the result of a petty political attack by Dems. To ice the cake, they said "some say" the military paperwork is forged but the White House is silent. :eyes:

Funny how the Swiftboat attacks weren't "alleged" and there weren't forgeries and there weren't political motivations. In fact, it's funny how nobody bothered to check the truth at all.

Do people care about the truth at all anymore?

1. The Today Show is right wing.
Watch CBS or listen to Air America.

2. Ever get the the feeling that the deck is impossibly stacked against you?
Like trying to run for class president against the captain of the football team.

6. That's what I've been saying all along.
Kerry critics cannot fathom what he's up against. He cannot address the issues because the media doesn't CARE about them. Either that, or they know if Bush got CALLED on the issues (every one in his term being an absolute FAILURE); again, it's news that makes Der Fuhrer look bad, and we can't have that. Lotsa money riding on their man Shrub.

Don't expect a GE-owned station to deliver fairness or waver loyalty to Gonad W Bush.

3. For a while I could say Katie's name after today's mediawhoring - I
really liked her and thought her above the GE/NBC GOP spin machine.

Sad to see those feet of clay.

:-(

7. As stated in the first post - only the "they said" is "Katie said"
