Was Ralph Reed's Poppy or GrandPoppy involved in FDR attempted hit?

Is this guy any connection to Ralph Reed??? I'm studying nepotistic fascism for the hell of it.

In addition one of David Reed's crony's John Raskob, listed as a co-conspirator, has a "Foundation" that underwrites faith based initiatives. Thought there might be a link.

1. Keep in mind the time frame....

David Reed of PA said this well before FDR was elected.

You describe John Raskob as one of David Reed's co-conspirators running a foundation support FBI, and yet, "faith-based initiatives," named in that way, are something of George Bush's creation, when the two people you mention have been long dead.

Is it possible that a descendant of either of these people, Raskob or Reed, is someone of contemporary interest? Yes, possibly. Your task would be to not only examine genealogical records, but also to make clear the passage of an ideology from generation to generation for about four generations, given Ralph Reed's age.

Easier to pin Ralph Reed to the right-wing wall all by his lonesome than to find this sort of connection over seventy years.
