More American soldiers have now died in Iraq since we handed over "sovereignty" than died prior to the announcement of "mission accomplished."

There are many, many more who, after they were injured in Iraq, died in a hospital elsewhere.

The total of just the American soldiers killed in action in Iraq is well over 1,000.
