Nurses of DU! A question! How do the new overtime rules affect
nursing? Are all or some nurses affected? What has been the concrete effect of people you know and work with, or on yourselves?

affect any nurse that isn't organized. Many unfortunately aren't. Talked to a Nursing home LPN today that said she lives in subsidized housing. How sad.

3. It would depend on the agreement with the facility in need and the company
"leasing" the agency nurse out. I would suspect they can't cut off OT without the nurse agreeing to it. They can walk pretty easily, and usually are working without benefits like health care.
