Who is your favorite radio talk show host?
There are a lot of people who say that liberal talk shows are not marketable. We all know that is a lame conception. You can have a sucessful show if you have a funny, articulate, and informative talk show host. It would also help if you have somebody that is also passionate about what he/she is talking about too.

I don't have a particularly favorite talk show host, but I do like Mike Webb from KIRO in Seattle. I also like Bernie Ward and Ray Taliaferro from KGO in San Francisco. I also have just started hearing Mike Malloy via internet. He is great too!

Anybody have their favorites?

John

Great show... Best ever liberal show IMO. Unfortunately they broke up and ended the show a few weeks ago.

Most people probably don't know what that show is. I like Jim Hightower, though.

9. Skee & Skinner and
...Roe and Gary. Those guys on WLS crack me up. They were talking today about how the sausage shouldn't have gone flacid at Miller Park when smacked from behind by a pinch-hitter.

They're ruthless in their humor, and that's okay with me.

10. NYC calling in.
Edited on Fri Jul-11-03 06:21 AM by no_hypocrisy
No preferential order:
1. Sam Greenfield
2. Lynn Samuels
3. Bill Mazer *
4. Jay Diamond *
5. Lionel *
6. "Grandpa" Al Lewis
7. Felipe Luciano

* Straddling the term "liberal". These hosts are mostly independent and can have cogent arguments against the limitations of libralism.
