In fact, before I realized Candy was a total Repub whore (which didn't take long, unfortunately) I gave CNN some credit for hiring someone who wasn't the typical skinny blond news-bimbette. It turns out, though, that the most important thing for CNN is not that all of its people are cute, but that they are all willing to blow Bush*. Candy qualifies. But don't pick on her because she's fat; pick on her because she's another Baghdad Bob for Bush.
