Okay, guys, I was kidding. Sorry I didn't say so in the first place. It seems that 10 Downing is going email modern and that you can now reach the PM on the 10 Downing website: www.number-10.gov.uk/
As for Campbell, he claims to be some sort of 19th century classicist who doesn't use computers at all, but in the Hutton docs his email address is revealed for the first time and somebody is certainly doing the typing. Anyway, I wished him well, hoped he would never suffer from any of the diseases that he supports so nobly by running in 10K charity races, and you can do the same.

I found another interesting story here: http://www.computerbytesman.com/privacy/blair.htm. Seems Blair's dossier on Iraq was published as a Word doc, revealing revisions that could easily be construed as "sexing up" at the hands of 10 Downing after being passed off by intelligence.

Sorry, I am a sarcasm snob! If people don't get it, tough. I am happy to have this device as a test for a key component of intelligence. It's always good to know who is irony impaired. Like a little flag to tell me that I don't need to take them as seriously.
