5. Kissinger, for sure. But, Allbright deserves special mention.
For her part in preventing the UN from acting in Rwanda and the aid given to the new dicator in Congo.

7. My opinion is meaningless
since I don't know most of those above. But I have to say, Democrat though she may be, Madeleine Albright's comment that half a million dead Iraqis was "worth it" was quite unbelievably callous. I have to ask what is in the mind of somebody who can say something like that.

Government must be a very dangerous place to be if you care to maintain your morality.
