First Up Tucker interviews Michelle Malkin, a defender of racial profiling.

Michelle Malkin is a nationally syndicated columnist for Creators Syndicate. Her wide-ranging and news-breaking - commentary has been honored by several national organizations.

Her twice-weekly column is published by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Miami Herald, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Detroit News, Washington Times, Rocky Mountain News, Philadelphia Daily News, Houston Chronicle, Chicago Sun-Times, and New York Post, among a rapidly growing number of newspapers across the country. She also appears weekly in Jewish World Review.

Malkin began her career in newspaper journalism with the Los Angeles Daily News, where she worked as an editorial writer and weekly columnist from 1992-94. In 1995, she was named Warren Brookes Fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. In 1996, she joined the editorial board of the Seattle Times, where she penned editorials and weekly columns for three and a half years. Malkin, the daughter of Filipino immigrants, was born in Philadelphia, Pa. in 1970 and raised in southern New Jersey. She worked as a press inserter, tax preparation aide, and network news librarian; she is also a lapsed classical pianist. Malkin is a graduate of Oberlin College.

10. Actually, that was a great trap by Chris Matthews

he kept asking her "Are you saying he shot himself ON PURPOSE?"...
and she finally said "well, in the book... some SBVFT claim..."

Except even the not-so-swifties don't claim (on paper) that he
did it on purpose. Only that one of his wounds (shrapnel in his
left buttocks) resulted from a self inflicted wound when Kerry tossed
a grenade into a bin of rice at an abandoned VC depot. The resulting
explosion sent shrapnel into Kerry's butt. Of course, what they DON'T
tell you is that according the military regs... such injuries do,
in fact, qualify for purple hearts... AND that it was action later
that same day where Kerry was wounded by enemy fire (this time in
his arm) that won him his third purple heart.

So her claim that some are saying that he INTENTIONALLY wounded
himself is not found anywhere else, only in her little hate filled
imagination. And that's what Chris (formerly Tweety) got on record.

Nothing validates like the truth and our side has come out swinging. Kerry is angry and we aren't sitting quietly over this self inflicted business.

They went over the line and potentially smeared any vet who got hurt by something other than enemy fire. What's next - being killed by friendly fire won't qualify for consolation? This cuts deeper than Kerry. If anyone shot herself in the foot it's MM.
