Caught something about an "Anarchist" website on the news
where they advocate bringing molotov cocktails and slingshots to NYC.
My bullshit meter is running off the scale! Am I the only one to think this has to be a totally bogus website set up by the feds?
I've known some young anarchist types and none of them are even close to being into that kind of shit. I'd like to know how you find out the truth of who has set up a website. Instead of jumping on the "evil Anarchist" bandwagon, I think it would help to try to expose the manufactured BS, infiltrators and plants ASAP.
Any ideas? I'm trying to think of good investigative journalists to contact to look into this. The Bushcos are terrorizing NY once again with this. It smells rotten to me.

1. Remember "The Anarchist Cookbook?"
Well, lemme give you a hint: It wasn't written by anarchists.

8. Yeah, I wonder if William Powell is friends with Bush?

As besides the bogus "Anarchist Cookbook", his other book was "Saudi Arabia and Its Royal Family" with authorized interviews with top members of the Saudi Royal family.

2. Could be RW infiltrators--either GOP supporters or militia types.
Or it could be anarchist idiots.

Or it could be bullshit.

I'm leaving town regardless. NYC sucks in August anyway.

a news story mentioned 'a website' that has police worried about the RNC protests and violence.

Frankly, I'd be afraid to go to the site anyway, as every bone in my body says its a setup.

"a news story mentioned 'a website' that has police worried about the RNC protests and violence."

9. Would they be so stupid to post their plans on the Internet?
If they are then they deserve to get arrested.

Molotov cocktails are a field expedient weapon.

What? You are supposed to bring them on the bus? Or in your trunk, clunking around? Or carry-on?

Please, what morons. (I mean the phonies who put the site up, if there is one... And I also mean the media "personalities" who are too damn stupid to realize that if you are going to use molotov cocktails, you make them, more or less, at the time. Gee, I wonder who's paying? )

11. Lazy reporting...
and I guarantee you no one at that station bothered to look for the website. Some government crank passed it along and they just gobbled it up.

Even if there is such a website, who would be stupid enough to put the real plans on it?

Well, OK, there might be someone stupid enough to think molotov cocktails are a good idea, and then could stupid enough to put it on the web. But, then I doubt they could find their way around the subway, and so pose a threat only to the Bronx where they would probably end up.

12. I feel remiss that i can't remember
what TV news show I heard this on. I wasn't paying close attention. I've been doing a search but so far I can't find it. I'm not giving up though, I WILL find it. It might have been mentioned on Olbermann's 'Countdown', the transcripts are not available yet.

13. Don't worry about it...
the local NYC news has been inundating us with hourly reports about how the NY PD is preparing for just about everything they can think of. And a few things they can't imagine, but when they dream them up we'll be suitably forewarned.

For weapons of mass destruction guranteed to get you a night in the slam and on the news:
