the show returns from a vacation hiatus on TUESDAY 8/17 @ 9:30 and I'm going to offer some comps and discounts to DUers.

we have two more reviewers coming and I REALLY want a big house for our return so...

if you like to see the show, I'll offer comps to the first 6 people who respond. (one comp per reply, and, sorry, the two-drink minimum will still apply... I can't do anything about that)

also, ANY reservation of 4 or more from DUers, I will offer a half-price cover ($10).

11. I'm sorry but

no touring will be possible. the cast has too many commitments (including CHILDREN!) and the costs are way beyond my means.

that said, there WILL be a video and *maybe* a DVD of the show available sometime in the early fall.

and, if you know a theatre group who would like to produce a West Coast edition...

15. Can you PM me about what you want in the way of royalties?

Had a great evening with Bev last night and we discussed the feasibility of putting together a touring troupe out here for a west coast run as a BBV fund raiser. We have a couple of venues available on the central coast in Santa Cruz and San Francisco and are talking to some friends in the LA area. We have the equipment and crew and my daughter, who works with The Actors Theater and Cabrillo Stage, is working on finding talent who would be able to travel.

it turns out they left for their annual trip to Connecticut early and were safe at my sister's home.

AND, their home in Venice, according to CNN was NOT seriously affected by the storm.

I know . I dont even talk to my two brothers or my sister. I cant bear their politics..Its a shame. They are the "haves" right now. And I sometimes am amazed I am even related to them, and their lack of compassion and empathy for anyone.

and shes not voting at all, even tho she voted for Bush last time. I also told her to tell my 35 yr old banker brother to enlist or shut his trap. I am now considered the black sheep of the family. =)
