said he would still vote for the resolution for war even though WMD's haven't been found. Shes saying that Bush didn't hold up his end of the bargain, by going to the UN and continuing inspections before going to war. The resolution that Kerry voted for said that the president would only go to war if inspectors found wmd and Saddam didn't let the US destroy them. Bush is the one that lied, telling congress he would do things and not doing them. Kerry felt the POTUS deserved support from congress on the resolution so he could go before UN and handle the business, the problem is W didn't do what was written in the resolution congress signed.
