Why would the prosecutors threaten other reporters with jail time before going after the main guy first? It's not like the reporters are drug dealers, and the prosecutors need to work their way up the ladder. Why threaten with jail time the reporters who didn't out Plame before you have tried to nail the reporter who did out her?
