The wise old philosopher of ancient Greece,Diogenes, was
supposed to have walked in broad daylight with a lamp.When asked why he needed a lamp in broad daylight he replied that he was looking for an honest man who tells the truth.I think he had more of a chance of finding a truth teller than we do in Bush's America.

1. I mostly agree, although I do believe there are lots of truthtellers today
but almost none of them are in power. Once in power, they either quickly lose their power or stop being truthful in order to keep their power.

2. Dennis Kucinich is in "power", but most won't pay attention to him....
They just make fun of him, call him a "Keebler elf" laugh, and dismiss him.

We get what we deserve.
