5. Post
: Arthur Wildfire! March

Well, hopefully it won't come to violence. But, I would say that the enemies of traditional values have been pushing their luck awfully hard lately.

6. These are typical comments of one component
"This is outragous! As a nation of Christians, why can't we worship our God as se see fit? It's time to take our country back from the heathans and non-Chrisitans. They can live here I guess (deportation isn't exactly PC) but they should shut the h*ll up and leave us alone!!"

AND

"Sadly this is near an election year and the Conservatives do not want to get into a war of words with the rats who have no respect for the rule of law and are not require to. Remember, it is only the GOP that is require to respect the law. This is a lose/lose senerio."

AND

"Why does'nt president Bush step in?Now that the federal court has opened the door that also means the president can intervene with an executive order proclaiming the Ten Commandments a national monument/treasure,etc..After all, clinton did this kind of thing everytime you turn around."

Don't ya love the freeper logic? Court orders can be overturned by Executive Order? Why didn't Tricky Dick try that? He would not have had to turn over the Watergate tapes.

8. America's Ayatollah: Justice Moore
And reading this Freeper thread is really sobering... they have no regard whatsoever for the Constitution of the United States.

It's outdated, racist and should be disregarded. A bunch of white men wrote it with no imput from women or blacks.

The above as spoken by the three stooges of the Apocalypse.
These gents are really still living in the 19th century.

On one hand they are pissing like pre-schoolers who didn't get their nappy break yet they turn a blind eye to their fearless leader's lies, ommisions, murder and theft of democracy.

Everything is all right as long as they have their little piece of granite to worship.

Maybe they should read the old testament. If they really are interested in following these guidlines then they wouldn't be worshiping graven images.

It's a friggin piece of stone.

...morans.

11. It's sad how stupid they are
It took really long before someone told all those idiots that it is unconstitutional to cut the salaries of federal judges. They are even complaining about the fourteenth amendment which was supposed to give blacks rights after the Civil War. Those people are real lunatics. I'm surprised how right wing they are. I would think that there would be at least a few moderates there but they seem to be notably absent. They go on and on about how we live in a christian nation and that this is a battle against the non-christians and the atheists. What a bunch of morons.

12. Check out this quote.
"It is time to suspend the Federal courts. Ask congress to DEFUND FEDERAL JUDGES' SALARIES UNTIL MOORE IS VINDICATED."

But it was all perfectly fine when the supreme court appointed bush to the presidency. What a bunch of hypocrites.

15. Isn't "thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's rights" one of the Commandments
Edited on Fri Aug-22-03 11:14 PM by Dover

You shall not murder.

You shall not commit adultery.

You shall not steal.

You shall not bear false witness against your

neighbor.

You shall not covet you neighbor's house (or wife).

etc.

Sheesh......GOP must stand for God On the Payroll. If not they're in BIG trouble!

16. The Charge of the Dark Brigade
It's always disturbing to read an actual full thread from that place. They just bandy about feelings as facts and rage with the violence of the primitive.

What's most alarming about the whole thing is that it's even an issue; fairplay and the merest decency in a pluralist society would necessitate a religion-neutral government, otherwise, one is tyrannizing everyone else in sight.

Don't those people ever check their spelling?
