Keep the faith! Hope is on the way...TRULY!
Okay, even though today was a really shitty day, I still have hope! :)

The day started out with discovering my son's car had been broken into (window smashed and $250 out in repairs) for the SECOND time in four months. Over $800 worth of stereo equipment...gone. At least they didn't take the car and torch it this time like they did last time.

Then, started working on my daughter's computer. Late last night, I was really concerned that we might need to figure a way to replace either the hard drive, or the whole damned thing. The thing is, she has been working hard to write her "stories" and wants to be a published author. I spent from noon until 5:30 just trying to get it to the point of running diagnostics. Then 5:30 to 7:30 running them, getting viruses off, and getting it back up in better condition. *whew!!!* At least I didn't have to re-format!

Then, my son had one of his friends over tonight. I stopped him while I was watching The Daily Show.
"Hey, Kevin! Are you registered to vote?" (He's 19 almost 20 like my son)
"Yeah"
"I don't care who you vote for just be sure you vote" *uncertainaty and nervousness*
"It's NOT going to be for Bush! I don't see how this country is running with that guy in charge.
"Can I hug you?!?!?"
"Yeah...Me and Rick went to see 9/11 and we both said there is NO WAY we're voting for that guy!"

Then I finished watching the Daily Show which just finished off a shitty day with a big smile!!!

Three cheers for the youth and future of our country!!! I'm feeling more optimistic every day!
