Where's That Link to the BBC Story About Terror Threat?

I know that Drudge's got the flash lighting about how the terror info is three to five years old, but I heard BBC carried it first. Where's the link to that story?

dated Monday, 1651 BST (though I don't know if that time just applies to the story text on the page, or the video link as well). The video was there at about 11pm BST; it would have been broadcast certainly on the 10pm news (5pm EST), or maybe even the 6pm news (1pm EST).
