Organize a "movie night" for a senior center and buy their Fahrenheit 9/11 tickets for them and make sure they're registered to vote! Challenge your Uncle Ernie who never votes Democrat to see the movie on your dime if he promises to discuss it with you afterwards. Plenty of things you can do to 'contribute' without giving directly to the campaign!

2. you can still give to Move-On, DNC, etc after the convention.

also you can canvass, volunteer -there's plenty to do
and people will be needed to be poll watchers to on election day

3. Or arrange movie nights in your local community and

show F911 when it comes out on DVD. All you need is a place to show movies on, say, a large TV. Book the community center-you can show other movies right now, like Outfoxed, Uncovered, etc and add others when they come out on DVD.
