1. CA described as "weak" for Kerry!
That's a surprise. There is no way Bush has a chance here, imo.

6. Kerry up by 8%

You can see a running summary of the numbers by clicking on the "Battleground States" link. It's all about the site's definitions, which are based purely on percentages. Anything less than a 10% advantage is either "weak" or "barely."

In California, 8% translates into a much bigger lead in terms of raw numbers than in other places.

8. Thanks...

But you can credit one of my poli-sci professors. He would go ballistic if someone cited a percentage without explaining that percentage's meaning. Every time I see one I hear his voice, ripping to shreds the phys-ed major that sat next to me and never could get it in his head that 10% means nothing unless you answer the question "10% of what?"

That professor was two shakes from being certifiably insane, and he was the best teacher I ever had...

9. What a hilarious site!
Most of his "21 reasons why Asshat will win" are pure cak, but a few of them are valid. Can he explain to us exactly when those 21 reasons will kick in and save their Boy King?
