Is President (sic) Bush a Homo? (Betty Bowers asks)
Hey, Tucker Carlson and all the freeper idiots who support the Little Turd from Crawford! Betty Bowers asks a fabulous question:

Is President Bush A Homo?

"Karyn is with us. A West Texas girl, just like me" -- President Bush, May 27, 2004

January 2004. Mr. Bush wandered over during Mr. Reid's chat with the Prime Minister. Mr. Reid introduced himself and shook hands with Mr. Bush.

The President chuckled. "Well, you got a pretty face," he told the surprised Mr. Reid. He wasn't done. "You got a pretty face," he said again. "You're a good-looking guy. Better looking than my Scott anyway." -- President Bush in a coquettish bout of eye-batting homosexual diplomatic flirting January 16, 2004 The Globe and Mail

SNIP...

"It's been a fabulous year for Laura and me." -- George W. Bush., three months after the World Trade Center towers went down.

CONTINUED FABULOUSLY...

1. This is hilarious!
Normally I wouldn't approve of picking on somebody in this way, but the Republicans started it, and to be honest darling, I'm in a bad mood these days.

5. Me, too. I don't want anybody to take it the wrong way.
Especially with the miracles of science and a good make-over:

They can do stuff for the voice box, but not the twang.

8. Out of all the stuff to come out of his mouth, THAT ranks as most vile.
...There are other times he's equalled the phrase, such as when he mocked the condemned woman. Or when he laughed at "hanging" Dr. Martin Luther King's portrait, while Mrs. Coretta Scott King watched at the White House. Or when ... Oh.

Gee. Smirk is low.

34. My recollection is the "trifecta" was reportedly used numerous times,
at least eight or nine, before rabidly partisan audiences; if so, it was not a once or twice slip-of-the-tongue.

4. People just think this because he was a cheerleader in HS and college.
Edited on Thu Jul-15-04 06:53 PM by Zorra
Just because he was a cheerleader doesn't mean he's gay.

Just because the majority of cheerleaders in the world are female doesn't prove anything.

I mean, if a girl is a cheerleader, it doesn't indicate that she's a lesbian.

If a guy is not good enough to compete with other men in sports, cheerleading is a great way to be involved in the realm of athletics.

And anyway, I don't care if he is gay. I have lots of gay friends, and they are nice people.

15. Cheerleading is a FABULOUS hobby! Some make it an avocation!

Cheerleading is all Bush is good at -- talk talk talk while others do the work. And talk is what Bushler does. He jets around the country aboard Air Force 1 -- on the US taxpayer's dime -- going from political fundraiser to political fundraiser, charging thousands of dollars so millionaires ("My base") can have their picture taken with him. Meanwhile, Sneer and Lynne the Love Novelist set policy, which to be honest, is as fascist as anything the world has seen since the defeat of the NAZIs.

17. Sadly, however, cheerleading seems to be the only field that Bu$h
has enough experience in to qualify him as semi-competent.

He definitely does not have the education, employment background, life experience, or legislative experience to qualify him for the job of pResident.

29. Since first hearing of the Little Turd from Crawford in 1980...
...I've tried finding something he was capable of doing for a living.

Oil man. Bust. Porn movie producer. Bust. Businessman. Bust. Politician. Bust. I wouldn't trust this guy to clean the doggie walk at a highway rest area. The closest thing I've found George W Bush to be qualified for is the leach.

Ripper:

Mandrake, I suppose it never occurred to you that while we're chatting here so enjoyably, a decision is being made by the President and the Joint Chiefs in the war room at the Pentagon. And when they realize there is no possibility of recalling the wing, there will be only one course of action open: total committment.

Mandrake, do you recall what Clemenzo once said about war?

Mandrake:

No. I don't think I do sir, no.

Ripper:

He said war was to important to be left to the Generals. When he said that, fifty years ago, he might have been right. But today, war is too important to be left to politicians. They have neither the time, the training, nor the inclination for strategic thought. I can no longer sit back and allow Communist infiltration, Communist indoctrination, communist subversion, and the international Communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids.

Later...

Mandrake:

sighs fearfully

Ripper:

Yes a profound sense of fatigue, a feeling of emptiness followed. Luckily I was able to interpret these feelings correctly: loss of essence.

Mandrake:

Yes...

Ripper:

I can assure you it has not recurred, Mandrake. Women... women sense my power, and they seek the life essence. I do not avoid women, Mandrake, but I do deny them my essence.

20. But Bush Was A CROSSDRESSING Cheerleader
as in CROSSDRESSING. See New York Times photo of George Bush at 17 at his prep school, wearing a wig, a bra, and a skirt (i.e. female cheerleader clothing). I think that goes a little beyond being just a cheerleader.

At 17, back in the 1960's when this photo was taken, I would never have even tried out as a male cheerleader, much less dressed up as a female cheerleader and try to get my picture on the front page of the school newspaper to boot.

And somewhere on the Internet there's another photo of Bush in drag, playing the female role in a school play at his all-male prep school. I saw it in 2000 but can't find it anymore.

Of course there's nothing wrong with being a crossdressing cheerleader. There's nothing wrong with the fact that George Bush's Yale room-mate was the openly gay Victor Ashe and that Ashe supposedly was photographed having sex with Bush on the roof of a bar when they were drunk (according to the National Enquirer the Secret Service confiscated the photos). But it's the hypocrisy and the goody-two-shoes born again facade that really gets under my skin.

Pretzeldental Historian Michael Beschloss told Don Imus:
"Barb Bush and W were in Dealey Plaza on 22 November 1963
to see 'the parade.'"

Maybe that day was supposed to "make" him into a man?
If so, it didn't take.

22. Amendment Would Outlaw Heterosexual Marriage
Wait, it gets worse. Bush doesn't even believe anybody should be united in love. Here's what:

Amendment Would Outlaw Heterosexual Marriage

July 15, 2004

Following the U.S. Senate defeat of a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage, a California man seeks to prevent matrimony between men and women. Speaking from his Petaluma office, architect David Nussbaum said, “I want a constitutional amendment to ban heterosexual marriage. I had 17 years of the institution and it was hellish.”

Nussbaum continued, “The partisan anti-gay amendment had absolutely nothing to do with marriage, it was about Bush telling homophobic Americans to vote for him because if they don’t they must be gay. My amendment is nonpartisan and merely seeks to prevent people having their heart ripped out and stomped on by a cold, hard bitch such as my ex wife.”

He has formed a group called Save America from Marriage (SAM), which is gathering signatures on a petition opposing straight marriage.

SAM volunteer Theresa Percy said Bush is exploiting Christians for votes by calling marriage a sacred institution. “Godly? There’s nothing hallowed about my husband singing in the church band and then getting the flautist pregnant in the bible room. Honestly, President Bush has broken more of the Ten Commandments than Tommy Lee.

“Bearing false witness, as in saying Iraq had WMDs. Killing, as in over 16,000 Iraqi civilians and 800 American soldiers dead. Stealing, as in the 2000 election. Bush is telling people its okay to spit on Jesus’ teachings as long as they go to church and hate gays.”

28. This issue is gonna get me into fisticuffs with someone - I swear
These so called "Christians" are doing everything in their power to ignore the fact that Jesus, their supposed savior, risked life and limb to empower the weak/suppressed.

"Blessed are the Weak" - don't tell this to a Right Wing Christian killer in the middle of a diatribe about how it's OK to kill the "evil terrorists" in Iraq. "But Saddam is in jail" you say.

"Blessed are the Strong" is their favorite patriotic theme - HUH?

Such is the life of a weak minded person who justifies killing in the name of a pacifist liberal.

24. What the NYT said about Andover's biggest cheerleader, ever.
Thanks to aint_no_life_nowhere for finding this bit on the nation's leading turdball:

GEORGE W. BUSH'S JOURNEY: The Cheerleader

Earning A's in People Skills at Andover

By NICHOLAS D. KRISTOF

EXCERPT...

While Mr. Bush charmed his way into the most desirable social circle, some recall say that he was dismissive of other students and practiced his put-downs on them.

"George was very much in the 'cool' group, and it seemed to me that he wasn't that interested in those who weren't," said Robert P. Marshall, a more scholarly classmate.

SNIP...

One of Mr. Bush's political problems today is a perception among some voters that he is arrogant, an empty suit smirking condescendingly at the world, and that perception seems to have first manifested itself at Andover. That is when he developed his smirk (which his friends insist is simply a self-deprecating smile), and even then it irritated some classmates who saw him as no more than an empty polo shirt.

While Mr. Bush charmed his way into the most desirable social circle, some recall say that he was dismissive of other students and practiced his put-downs on them.

Tucker Carlson: Just 'Right' for PBS?

By Rory O'Connor, MediaChannel.org. Posted June 22, 2004.

The baby-faced conservative commentator now has his own television show thanks to his daddy, but even right-wingers are unhappy about it.

EXCERPT...

He says women want "to be listened to, protected and amused" and "to be spanked vigorously every once in a while."

His "guilty fantasy" is "Hillary. Every time I see her I think I could, you know, help."

He thinks that if journalists carry guns, it makes them safer, and he was prepared to "shoot first" and ask no questions in Iraq, where "I could have done anything."

And he noted at a PBS Annual meeting that television is "not a good medium for spreading information to the general public."
