2. People should go to bed
I think that a lot of people are getting tired and are a little cranky. Maybe some sleep would help.

3. All we are saaaayyiiiinnnnggggg..... is give peace a chaaaaannnnccceee....
I know it can get frustrating, but things will get back to normal.

There's a spike in one sentiment or another from time to time, but it usually calms down, and we really are all on the same side. I think that's a given, even at the worst of the ....whatever.

11. All I did was post a thread
saying why I thought Clark would gain support from Dean. It was an objective analysis, but I guess some people think it was partisan.

13. There's no such thing as objective in politics
And I'd like to know what dog you had in that particular fight anyway?

8. lol
you don't have any sympathy from me, this evening. Seemed you were working hard to exacerbate the tone in a few of those threads. And now you complain? Or is this just a little satire?

Frankly I am really bugged by the tone going on. Combative. Games of "gotcha". I tend to be even tempered and got sucked into a few. Blech.

Pox on all those threads when people don't really want to discuss but to push superiority of an idea or a candidate over another (and visa versa).

9. The downfall of the democratic party
When bush is elected next year and you ask why, you need to look no further than some of the recent threads posted in the GD.

12. All I am saaaayyiiinnnnggggg, is that quinnox is one of the LAST
people who should be encourageing "peace". He's been consistantly anti-Dean.

If he's seriously proposing a cessation to negative posts about candidates, I'm 100% behind him, however, I have my doubts...

19. I wish that kind of peace was possible here, tonight.
Peace after waging a shooting war, I mean. Like "Peace in Iraq" or something like that.

But I like the thought. Peace would be good.
