Zogby Battleground State polls showing Kerry doing much better than Gore

In these 9 Battleground states and picking up 3 of the 5 which
went for Bush (except for MO and TN). But MO is very close. 

And the polls do not include these major events:
1) Ken Lay -indicted (the Bush/Enron link)
2) Michael Moore - The great educator
3) Valerie Plame - wait for the WH indictments and Frog March
4) Dick Cheney - wait for the indictments (Halliburton,
Plame?)
5) John Edwards - need I say more?
6) The Dem Convention bounce

3. I'm still worrried

that any good new for bush in the run up to the election could tip WI, MI, PA, OH, FL and it's all over. AR kind of seems hopeless no matter what the polls say, and MO might be hopeless too.
