Hillary Clinton rips Bush as incompetent
Senator, visiting CSUMB, ‘not interested’ in sharing Kerry ticketBy BRIAN SEALS
SENTINEL STAFF WRITER
SEASIDE — U.S. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton doesn’t regret her vote back in October 2003 for a resolution authorizing military force in Iraq.

What the former first lady does regret is how the Bush administration has used the authorization, and she thinks voters should keep that in mind during this year’s presidential elections.

"I think the administration has been both wrongheaded and incompetent and should not be rewarded," Clinton told reporters Monday afternoon at the Panetta Institute of Public Policy at CSU Monterey Bay.
