2. Ashcroft is trying to "gag" this 911 "pre-knowledge"

AG retaliating against her, blocking court preceeding, saying all is state secret (even though it was public before)...blocking freedom of information act.

Obviously, the pre-knowledge was there to be had. Why did they stop it?

They're now retroactively classifying documents that previously were in the public domain. This corrupt administration does more game playing with classified documents that any previous administration, bar none. They'll release classified information when it hurts their enemies, and classify public information when it hurts them, regardless of how bad it looks, because they know the media won't utter a peep against them. And when the media don't squawk, who's going to know about it?
