Cheney LIES again!
What a surprise! NOT. Cheney when asked if he used the F-word in the senate? Replied "Thats not the kind of language I usually use." Question repeated answered the same. That no good scum doesn't even have the guts to admit what he said. This is a man with no character.

3. He WAS admitting he said it, but that it was out of character
However, it could (an I am sure he hoped would be) interpreted as a refutation that he used the word.
