10. Depends on where you are in the state.
The North is Dem, the South is Rep. Pretty close raise. I expect the results to differ by no more than 2%.

18. Yeah, a little warped....
but it does put things into perspective as to where the real 'plum' states are.

9. yeah, sure, that's obvious
i wasn't really sure what the point of this thread was - it seemed to be trying to minimize the number of states kerry needed to win - i just took the concept to its (illogical) extreme.

19. The "illogical extreme" is just to point out that he can "afford"
to lose lots of the "underpopulated areas" and still win with a comfortable margin :)

13. IMO we can all go to bed as soon as Ohio comes in.
And, either cry ourselves to sleep or hope that President Kerry is more liberal than candidate Kerry.

14. Agreed, Ohio is the key this year.
Once Ohio has been decided, we'll know who won the election.

And, I'd like for Kerry to be more liberal once elected president. But, I won't cry myself to sleep for any reason if he wins. Just getting that worthless weasel Bush* out of the White House will make it one of the best days of my life.
