"My Life" - the AP does it again.

This is the most transparently twisted thing I've read all day. They headline that critics (plural) say the book is eye-crossingly dull - I think ONE critic said that. Then down in the article, after discussing how the crowds are just idolizing the Big Dog, they are compelled to throw in quotes from Limbaugh (saying the book should be titled "My Lie") and DeLay,saying Clinton is trying to rewrite history. These whores just can't let one great story about Clinton go down without throwing in some bile. Did they think there was anybody out there who might suspect that Rush and the Exterminator would adore Bill's book? Well, just in case, they threw in some crap.

God, these people make me sick!

1. uhhh...that would make them objective journalists. AP aren't publicists
out hawking the Dem vision for America. They cover the story and a fair coverage ofthe story. If 50% hate Bush...50% probably also want to know what negative things were said about Clinton's book.

5. AP objective? That's one of the best jokes this week on DU!
They are relentless in their love for Reagan and their hatred for Clinton and all things Democratic.

The associated press, along with most of the other mainstream U.S. media cannot get enough of Clinton bashing.

Look at how they treated Reagan and how they treat Clinton.

2. CPN Corporate Propaganda Networks and their supporting media
have the advantage...for now.

They own the news, make that propaganda. They can reference Limbaugh or all of them.

Because they are inbred and the are still conducting a war against the nation on many fronts.

Let them have their fun. Many people are buying the books and it will be bought throughout Europe. It is a historical event. And some readers twenty or fifty years from might value it as dull or boring, just as some have done for other Presidents' memoirs. But it is history and your young children and granchildren will probably read it one day and say - so that was what was going on - just as some are just now reading the books about Vietnam or watching all the programs on Kennedy.

Boring? Hardly!

They tried to assassinate him by assassinating his character and NOW they call it boring. But, then again, maybe they were referring to his early childhood or the peace talks or the economic plan.

It won't be boring throughout history.

Ignore the fools and rotten assassinators.

Every minute they spend on Clinton is a minute not spent on voting theft and killing and torture and lying and corporate scandals and the approaching water in some places and dry wells in other places.

3. Reminds me of a news report I heard on the local RW talk station today
Something along the lines of "Clinton's book is expected to be a best seller...but not in Bush's home state of Texas."

Cut to people being interviewed, saying "I've heard enough of his stories when he was in office", "If I buy it, it will be as a door stop" and so on.

That's what I get for listening to Clear Channel talk stations. Geez! And WISN calls itself "Factual, fair and balanced". Yeah, just like FOX.
