Hardball: Nachman rants against Dems
Edited on Fri Aug-15-03 06:23 PM by Cush
About Dems missing votes and not doing anything when CLinton was Pres. WHat could Bush do? Its not his job.

Weiner: Clitnon tried, but the GOP stopped him to embarass Davis., etc.

Brought up how Bush was at the lead to defeat the Bill in 2001 that would give 350million in loans. And how it was ironic that he was in Califonia at a fund raiser where many of his energy friends were probably writing checks for him. ANd that when several states and 20+ million people are affected, you bet its a national issue

2. What could Bush do? It's not his job
Perhaps Nachman (whoever in heck that person is) could explain for all of us just what Bush's job is? I know it involves month-long vacations and appearances at endless fundraisers, but beyond that, it's pretty unclear just what this guy is doing to "earn" his paycheck from the American people.

12. Yeah Bush's job apparently is to
distort, plagarize, fabricate and exaggerate intelligence estimates into grounds for foreign wars that tie our finest troops down in insufferable hellholes, so he and his cronies can siphon off the public treasury to their Cayman Island accounts.

Bush's job is to be a looter. Like his grandpappy, like his daddy.
Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

The only good news for Arnold is the polling.

Rightwing Talk Radio is nervous about tax increases.

says that the LA Times is really going after Arnold

6. Even B-1 Bob Dornan criticized Smirk!!
But not ol' Jer Nachmann. And HE'S the f'ing EDITOR IN CHIEF at MSNBC???? I was pretty shocked when Bob Dornan sounds like a "voice of reason" but he actually said Bush's appearance at the fundraiser was a political faux pas. My Lord, Dornan sounding like a moderate? Are we in Bizarro USA or what!!!!

8. Nachman was disgraceful. He's way out there. Can't believe that
he hasn't been sacked yet. That the editor-in-Chief for a news station advocated for one side boggles my mind. I guess it doesn't matter to Nach that the station's ratings are even more in the toilette since he was hired. Keep it up Nachman. Soon you won't have any viewers.

9. Weiner got him good though.......
when he said Nachman was one to talk about sensationalizing issues for advantage!! You could see cold, dead stare Nachman gave to Weiner. Too funny! I think Weiner won that debate despite Nachman trying so hard to put Dems down. Who the hell is Nachman anyway? They act like he's the Grand Dame or something.Bitter old angry white male IMO.

10. Davis should go after them now
NOW he can ask sardonically what people are going to do about those other governors who left the grid in such a vulnerable state for years after HIS example. And bury the event as if it didn't happen?

What would Arnold do or say?

11. Nachman showed his Repug colors tonight.
He had a tired show on MSNBC and lost it, now he's throwing in his 2 cents covering for Rethugs. He would wear his "old school" journalist
status like a badge of honor. Now he's nothing but a hack.
