"Rolling blackouts"
"Mr. PResident, is your repeated use of the term 'rolling blackouts' to describe this power outage event meant to indicate that you have some knowledge that it was intentially caused by the electricity suppliers in the same manner as was orchestrated in California by Enron?"

2. Unfortunately, no one has asked Schleprock this question yet
and it is unlikely that anyone ever will.

3. Gotcha
No one did, and no one will, as long as the only reporters that are allowed access to * must be whores. Just my wishful thinking.

7. Bush said it, often, during his drunken press ramble last night
about halfway through, though, he seemed to get some sense and started saying just "blackout"

too late, though

6. Uh oh -- maybe it IS a talking point, not an error?
Reminds everyone what CA went through, but NOT, unfortunately, the Bush-Enron administration's part in it.
Hmmmm.

8. exactly! Trying to diffuse the accusations we are making here!
We all know that Enron's role in the "crisis" in Cali is going to be a major point in the recall, so they are trying to make it seem like this is just another case of old equipment going bad, nothing to see here...

:grr:
