As of 7/9/03

Killed: 212
Wounded: 1044
----------------------
since 5/1/03 (Bush's declaration that major combat was "over")
Killed: 74
Wounded: 382

2. That's everybody.
Whether they fell off a truck, or got shot in the head. Of course, these are the official Pentagon numbers. This is approaching 1% of the total force currently in Iraq, BTW.
