My letter to the Editor was published in the QC Dispatch today with NO editing! WHOOOOOHOOOOOOO. Text follows :bounce: :hippie:

After suffering through many of Mr. Don Goebel’s uninformed and amateurish diatribes, I can no longer remain silent. While I have no doubt that Mr. Goebels believes the pearls of wisdom that he casts upon your dear readers, allow me, if you would, to debunk some of his “dis”information.

I agree strongly with his comment that “Thinking doesn’t just happen. It takes discipline and effort.” If only one practiced what one preached.

Where was the “librul” media when the Bush cartel STOLE the election of 2000? Where was the “librul” media when it became known that Mr. Bush was AWOL from his National Guard assignment? Where are all of the congressional investigations of the Bush administrations high crimes and misdemeanors? Where is Ken Starr when we REALLY need him? Why did Cheney continually threaten the GAO if the investigation into those meetings went further? Why did Cheney “strongly advise” Senator Daschle not to investigate too thoroughly the horrific events of 9/11? Why did this administration call the FBI off investigating Osama bin Hidin’? Why is this administration blocking investigation into 9/11? Why did this selected president hide his records of his time as Texas governor in his daddy’s library? Why did this man extend the length of time that previous administration's records could be released? Why was the bin Laden family allowed to fly out of the country on September 13, 2001 when our airspace was closed

Absolutely sir, you must seek and find the truth and with that truth in hand, act accordingly. Do the right thing, not what is most popular, comfortable, or convenient. Your future, and that of your loved ones, depends upon it, and the future of this, the best country on the face of this planet.
