Let's hear for Chris Bell. He filed ethics charges against Tom Delay

Chris Bell is an outgoing Democratic Congressman from Texas and he nailed Delay for three ehtics violations, including his use of Homeland Security.

accusations...unfortunately he's a lame duck at the moment.

6. I read that Delay gets very nasty when crossed

Only an outgoing congressman would be able to do something like this.

I don't mean to take anything away from what Congressman Bell did. It was great, and brave. And he still will need to watch his back.
