Any footage Moore has could be forgery (i.e. filmed in Hollywood with actors playing the parts of the soldiers and the detainees). Someone needs to authenticate anything he claims.

Furthermore, if his footage shows "new" soldiers (other than those already facing court martial), it needs to be analyzed to identify the perpatrators so they can face justice.

in the torture by not releasing the footage. Look how they all screamed when 60 Minutes released it -- they called the release of the pictures unAmerican, and helping the terrorists. Besides, the government has known about this since last November, it's not Michael Moore had some big secret. It was just secret from all us little people.
