About 40minutes after Power Outage, Kudlow on CNBC Says: This is why we
Edited on Thu Aug-14-03 08:33 PM by KoKo01
need a better energy program for the US. He says that for the US economy to rebound we need to have "more power to handle the Computers and other business enterprises that our country needs to help the coming'Economic Expansion' which is going to occur."

Talk about someone who "stays on message" and is all for supporting Bush...no matter what....and how he spins....the "whore!"

Yuck! In the early stage of a power blackout Kudlow is thinking about his pocketbook! And whether his "Supply Side Economic theory will be vindicated by this massive power blackout......and business needs to have better Energy which......is why we went into Iraq! To Kudlow........this vindicates Bush/Cheney/PNAC/ENRON/Engery!

Is this how Bushistas are going to spin this massive "Blackout?" Will they "trash" NY again? Will they use this to open energy exploration off every coast in America and in every National Park we have? Alaska, anyone.....where will they stop?

Or, will the People RISE UP and TRASH BUSH for this TERRIBLE FAILURE. Will people FINALLY SEE BUSH for who he is?

2. That grid has been deregulated for 5 years
If that plan worked, this wouldn't have happened. We need government regulation of vital services. But it's going to be a regular acrobatic act when they get to spinning this complete, and likely unnecessary, failure.

3. Socialized Risk = Phony Capitalist.
Capitalism, as we know it, is not as pure as Republicans like Cheney "The Rugged Individualist," would have us believe. The reality is, that Phony Capitalist need government to invest in private business, so they can reap the profits.

We must not lose focus of what is happening today because now we are seeing the purist, like Kudlow, groveling and resorting to socialist solutions to patch up the mess created by their flawed "individualistic" philosophy.

4. Gov. Richardson of New Mexico must agree.
The power grid is a shambles. A solution is at hand. Who will be the saviour? I'll bet my last dollar that it won't be a liberal, or at least a liberal won't take credit for the much needed change in operating procedure. Sad, so sad. Gun-shy from our own. Why?

5. He "stays on message" no matter what happens to "ordinary Americans." He
is a total "corporate whore" who only answers to GE and the others who "pay his bills."

It was a disgusting performance from someone whom we all knew was disgusting to begin with. I just thought this was the lowest of the slime level he could sink to. And he always exceeds my "low life" expectations of him.

He was a Reagan man who is in with PNAC/SupplySide/Nixon/Reagonimics. I think Poppy was even too liberal for Kudlow.

6. You're on to something here....
I wonder how long it will take the Repukes to blame Clinton in the coming days. After all, he killed Bambi, nailed Jesus to the cross and on and on and on.....

7. The was a distribution problem, not a generation problem.
Kudlow has something he wants to nail and this problem looks like a hammer.

9. Wasn't Kudlow a cokehead?
I remember reading that he was arrested some years ago.
How come he is still around spouting off his economic theories when he is not even an economist?

May be he is still on coke? or has he graduated to crack?

11. Yes...Cocaine...he was head of Bear Sterns and has had to go into rehab a
couple of times. Reportedly he "found Jesus" and Bennet (Book of Virtues) and is either grateful to Jesus or his fellow corporatists who gave him a job when he was "down and out" with his drug problem.

Unlike minorities and the rest of us who would be "rotting in jail" for our addicition...Larry has survived it all and he feels that Jesus gave him riches for his conversion. (I don't think he believes the religious stuff at all....but, it's very convenient for him to pretend that to his RW devotees..

The rest of his Wall St. Buddies probably "laugh up their sleeves at his hypocracy." But, who cares! He's good on CNBC spouting to the O'Reilly/Limbaugh folks who "day trade" with whats left of their Bubble profits.

Hey! He's the perfect Capitalist!
