too many people think torture is justifiable and the constitution is inconvenient in our war against terra.

2. Before or after....
he either -

a) declares himself above their authority because 'we are are war'.

b) attempts to dissolve SCOTUS

c) a few justices are 'incapacitated' and unable to meet, therefore he declares their ruling null and void.

it will only serve to further divide moderates and place them on one side or the other. The one's that have already chosen Bush will stick.

People might figure that if the Supreme Court will stop Bush's worst anyway, we should vote for him.

I don't agree, since he'll get to appoint Justices if re-elected who will reverse.

I'm just saying that some people might figure the first statment.
