Who remembers the Reagan plan to ditch the elected government?

I'd completely forgotten about it until I came across this one-liner:

And all those presidential directives are still on the books. I wrote some articles about that at the time for an alternative news publication.

In a nutshell, Reagan took the Kennedy-era 'doomsday' plans designed to be used in case of nuclear war, and expanded the conditions under which they would be used to include things like a 'breakdown of civilian law enforcement'. In other words, martial law at any time, since the conditions were now so open ended, they could easily be satisifed.

and after 9/11 Cheney took it further by actually setting up the shadow government, without notifying any Democrats in congress of course. I think everything is set up already, just waiting for the moment to take over. There were reports that they even had a bunker in West Virginia for the shadow government after the takeover.

... is that the Air Force seems to have NO intention of protection the Capitol Dome under George Bush. I think he WANTS Congress to be wiped out!!!!!

I don't have any doubt any more that these creeps are trying to engineer the end of American Democracy. They want to take over "temporarily" under an emergency. Then we'll end up calling Bush EMPEROR.

Go rewatch Star Wars 1 & 2. People have been panning Lucas over these. But I think he's showing an incredible amount of insight!!!!
