Bugman DeLay's Fundraising Investigation on PBS Tonight
I received the following email and thought you might be interested in checking out the investigation against the shithead DeLay. How wonderful it would be if he gets jail time!! Meanwhile, feel free to send his opponent, Richard Morrison, http://www.richardmorrisonfordistrict22.com/ some money for the election this fall and boot the bugman OUT.

Dear DriveDemocracy.org member,

Tonight on PBS, Bill Moyers' show NOW will look at the DA's investigation of the Texas scandal involving illegal corporate contributions to Republican candidates and what it means for our state's democracy. Please tell your friends and check it out!!

Below is the program description from Moyers...

NOW with Bill Moyers
PBS Airdate: Friday, June 11, 2004 on PBS (check local listings)
House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX) has been called one of the most powerful and controversial leaders Congress has ever seen. Over the years, many believe DeLay has become the nexus of corporate money and politics in Washington. Today, one of his political action committees is at the center of a criminal investigation. What will this investigation reveal about the man they call "The Hammer" of the House of Representatives? On Friday, June 11, 2004 at 9 p.m. on PBS (check local listings), NOW with Bill Moyers goes inside the current investigation into DeLay's alleged fundraising improprieties. With interviews from prosecutors and Washington insiders, NOW profiles DeLay, examines the case against Texans for a Republican Majority, a political action committee that was DeLay's brainchild, and analyzes what his brand of political fundraising means for democracy.
thank you,
Glenn Smith
