Does Bush look more confident since 2000?
My mother thinks that he does and that is why he is going to win.

1. yes
and I tend to agree with your mother about that's why he'll win to a certain extent.

3. In the US, he looks cocky... He's definitely out of his element
in Europe and it REALLY shows..... He's thrown...

5. Is that confidence or arrogance?
The line can be miniscule between the two. I would go for arrogance.

7. If he thinks it's a shoo-in
because of electronic voting, that would make him look sure of himself. As more and more states reject the black boxes for this election, I think he'll probably start to lose confidence and show it.

8. How many other states have Florida's setup?
The fraud extends past electronic voting, unfortunately.
