Could the Detroit Free Press sue FR for the word "Freep"?
http://www.freep.com/

They have FR's nickname, and, although I might be wrong, joined in the copyright lawsuit against RimJob. Do you think FR could be forced to stop using the word "Freep" or even "Freepers" because it's similar to the Detriot Free Press website?

1. honestly that what I thought "freepers" were for a long time
people who read the Detroit Free Press - like maybe it was some big RW rag or something.

2. LOL!
What would RimJob call his site if he can't use the word "Freep". Maybe "Free-Republicaners"? or maybe "'ghosts of Dixie'" or maybe "Tutonic-Angloers"

3. The more conservative paper in Detroit...

Is the Detroit News. The Free Press is a touch more liberal. Weird, huh?
