Virginia .....Saw my first Kerry ad
On ABC, I don't have cable just a inside antenna. Nice ad. Very positive and upbeat. Should appeal to lots of people who want a nice guy in our house in washington.

Pointing out positives he has achieved over the years. I liked a nice ad instead of a bash ad......

I like moveon.org bash ads. They are terrific.

Having Kerry do all the nice ads is a great stategy......

Bush may have won by 220,000 + votes last time....but it sure would be sweet...if kerry won this time.....

1. Mostly because moveon.org is doing the bashing...
* needs to be hammered, rotating commercials with every dumb thing * has done - they could easily keep the public aware of bushfoolery for the next 6 months with no problem...

Kerry should win, even if people are not sure about him. Bush* has made it too easy.

2. I hope this becomes part of the Democratic strategy....
Since, in my opinion, we are stronger on the Net at raising money and organizing, Kerry can leave the "dirty" work for others. And he would not have to resort to negative ads. Would that work?

Get Involved!
Here's what you can do now:

Community Outreach

Many potential voters in this area are not registered to vote. Others aren’t informed about the serious choice to be made this November.

That’s where you come in. Volunteer through NoVa for Kerry’s Community Outreach work group, and get out into the community to inform people about the issues, encourage and register people to vote, and volunteer to help other Democratic organizations do the same. Community outreach has a full calendar of scheduled activities.

Outreach Projects You Can Do On Your Own:

Flyering: Wear Kerry gear at Metro stops, concerts, wherever you go. For “Kerry Gear” to wear and give away (T-shirts, hats, buttons, etc.), visit http://www.kerrygear.com/. Print and hand out flyers downloaded from JohnKerry.com .

Tabling: Get approval to set up a table at a grocery store, mall or any place with crowds of people. Wear and distibute Kerry gear. Collect names and e-mail addresses and encourage people to come to Meetups and sign up more.

Encourage people to come to Meetups. Remind them by phone a few days before regularly scheduled meetings.

Ask your recruits to sign up other volunteers.
