I was listening to her interview on Fresh Air today in the car, and I really like this woman. She is really refreshing to listen to , jive-talking, really sharp and enthusisasteic...and what she said about the election irregularities in 2000 was pretty eye-opening too.

She is a hard core DLC'er - she is always trashing the Dems - I cannot understand for the life of me why Gore ever hired her - The Dems don't need enemies as long as Donna is around.

Having been in politics a bit, being friends with your political opponents isn't so unsual.

...but don't forget, she led the cadre of DLC handlers who gave Gore such rotten advice in 2000 that he nearly managed to lose the election. She wants to play to the right and ignore the party base of working class folks. She is a sure-fire election loser, as is the DLC as a whole.

she held gore virtually a hostage when she started to take heat for her incompetence in the fall of 2000 and to her complete and utter shame she let it be known that she was willing to call the democrats racists if gore replaced her.

donna brazile's incompetence and attitude turned off legions of rank and file democrats, both black and white who tried to work with her and her attitude that her shit dont stink.

anyone who thinks she was responsible for the 2000 "black-get-out-the-vote" drive is stupid.

some investigative reporter go over her financials during and after her tenure as Gore's CM.

12. She and I disagree - but she's a solid Dem - focused on minority
