The Government just keeps lying and lying about Padilla

As far as I know, the only "evil" thing he did was to look at the wrong web site. Yet some Deputy Attorney General was on the BBC making unsubstantiated claims that Padilla was planning to blow up appartment buildings. There are certain necessary details that one would need to blow up an apartment building - like materials. As for any claims about what he's said, those supposed statements would not even be admissible in a court of law and I bet Padilla didn't make any of admissions anyway. I'm certain they can't get him to make any admissions in front of any believable witnesses.

But you do not need "materials" to bring down an apartment building.

Some plumbers have done it by accident. Anyone can do it on purpose.
